Glaze Home Decor can make custom versions of our product range. Kindly email us on info@glaze.co.za to enquire about size, fabric and design options.
Can I pay on delivery for my Glaze products?
All orders must be paid for in-full at checkout before the order can be processed.
Does Glaze ship internationally?
Glaze Home Decor only ships in South Africa. Should you wish to have an additional courier company ship your order outside of South Africa, Glaze Home Decor can no-longer be held liable for the delivery, safety and security of your products once they leave our jurisdiction.
Can I come collect from your store?
Glaze Home Decor is currently an online only store. Should you require more information, kindly email us on info@glaze.co.za and we’ll be happy to assist.
About Your Order
When will my order be ready?
All orders have a 4 to 6 week lead time from processing to delivery. Should there be an unforeseen delay, our support team will notify you by telephone and/or email address to advise on the adjusted delivery date.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery date is then determined by your distance from the courier dispatch centre and may range between 5 to 7 business days.
How do I get a refund?
